A 20 foot cedar tree is used to support the corner
of the loft and is also used as a post for the loft and
staircase handrails.
3 inch thick pine has been used throughout this home as
a staircase leading to the loft, kitchen counter tops,
and vanity tops. Pictures of counter and vanity tops
can be viewed in the Finishing Touches section.
